The protection of your personal data is important to us! At Frontrunners Foundation, privacy is highly valued. Whether you email, visit our office, or have a personal conversation with one of our employees, you should be able to trust that we handle your data with care and confidentiality. In this privacy statement, you can read about how we do that and what rights you have regarding your personal data.

Article 1: Personal Data

As a service provider, Frontrunners Foundation processes personal data. Personal data refers to data that can be traced back to an individual. For example, in some cases, we may ask for your name, address, phone number, and/or email address. We also ask you to present the confirmation of registration we sent you for conferences to ensure that you are who you claim to be. In the case of events and conferences, this is done for the sake of proper and safe proceedings in relation to fire safety and municipal regulations. All your data is treated with strict confidentiality.

Article 2: Use of Cookies

When you visit the website www.frontrunnersministries.nl, we use cookies to improve the website. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent along with pages of this website and stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Frontrunners Foundation uses cookies to remember your settings and preferences. You can disable these cookies through your browser; for example, see this explanation by the Consumers' Association. Through our website, cookies are placed by the American company Google as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or to the extent that third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this. With your permission, we place "tracking cookies" on your computer. We use these cookies to track which pages you visit in order to build a profile of your online behavior. This profile is not linked to your name, address, email address, and the like, but only to tailor advertisements to your profile so that they are as relevant to you as possible.

Article 3: Click Behavior and Visiting Data

General visit data is tracked on the website www.frontrunnersministries.nl. In this context, the IP address of your computer, the possible username, the time of retrieval, and data that your browser sends along may be recorded and used for statistical analyses of visit and click behavior on the website. We also use this data to optimize the functioning of our website. We try to anonymize this data as much as possible. This data is not provided to third parties.

Article 4: Analytics and Tag Manager

Frontrunners Foundation uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective our AdWords advertisements are on Google search result pages. The information obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Read Google's privacy policy for more information, as well as the specific privacy policy of Google Analytics. Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to provide reports about the website to us, and to provide its advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services.

Article 5: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter

The website of Frontrunners Ministries includes buttons to promote or share pages on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. These buttons are implemented through a code provided by Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter themselves. This code places a cookie (see above). Please read the privacy policies of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn (which may change periodically) to understand how they process your personal data through this code.

Article 6: Webshop

The website of Frontrunners Ministries also features an online shop. This shop uses cookies from the company Woo Commerce. These cookies are used to remember the contents of your shopping cart and provide you with the most relevant information during your purchase.

Article 7: Data Controller

Frontrunners Ministry processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as described in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller responsible for processing personal data is Frontrunners Ministry, located at Bolstrastraat 8, 4251LK, Werkendam.

Article 8: Purposes of Processing

Frontrunners Foundation processes your data for the following purposes:

  1. Providing the up-to-date information requested by you from Frontrunners Foundation.
  2. Registration of events and conferences.
  3. If applicable, invoicing for the delivered products and/or events.
  4. Cmpliance with a legal obligation.
  5. The (performance of the) purchase agreement you entered into by ordering a product on the website www.frontrunnersministries.nl.
  6. Maintaining a relationship with you.
  7. Keeping you informed about news regarding Frontrunners Ministries and/or new products or videos from Frontrunners Ministries.

Article 9: Who Has Access to Your Data

Only specific employees of Frontrunners Foundation who are authorized to modify or access personal data have access to it. This access is related to the specific role(s) of each individual employee. Frontrunners Foundation may also engage other companies to perform tasks on its behalf. Examples include processing payments and delivering orders. They only have access to the data necessary for performing their duties.

Article 10: Confidentiality Obligation

All employees of Frontrunners are bound by a confidentiality obligation. This obligation is established through a contractual agreement that applies to all data they become aware of in the course of their work. Third parties engaged by Frontrunners Foundation to support its operations, such as designers, volunteers, payment processors, and suppliers responsible for delivering your order on behalf of Frontrunners Foundation, are also bound by the contractual agreements we have made with them. In this way, Frontrunners Foundation ensures that your data is handled carefully and not processed for purposes other than those for which you provided it to us.

Article 11: Provision of Data to Third Parties

Frontrunners Foundation does not disclose data to third parties without your explicit consent, except in cases where it is required to do so by law or when it is permitted to break professional secrecy on another basis. The latter is only applicable in situations involving a conflict of duties, which rarely occurs. It must involve an emergency where people's lives are in danger. Frontrunners Foundation only cooperates with a request from an authority for the provision of personal data after verifying that the data request meets the requirements set forth in the applicable laws and regulations.

Article 12: Retention Period of Personal Data

Frontrunners Ministries does not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data was processed, unless a longer retention period is required by law. The duration of data retention depends on the nature of the data and the purposes for which it is processed. If you fill out a contact or registration form on the website or send us an email, the data you provide will be stored for as long as necessary to fully respond to and handle the content of your form or email.

Article 13: Security Measures

Frontrunners Foundation has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. In the event of an unfortunate incident of loss or unlawful data processing, Frontrunners Foundation will report it to the Data Protection Authority and, if required by law, also to the affected individuals whose data has been lost or unlawfully processed. Since January 1, 2016, Frontrunners Foundation is obligated to do so under the Personal Data Protection Act.

Article 14: Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access your personal data, correct or supplement your personal data, and have your personal data erased. Right of access: To request access, you can send an email to Frontrunners Foundation. However, you need to provide proper identification when requesting access. Frontrunners Foundation does not provide personal data if they are not certain that the correct person is making the access request. If you believe that your data is incorrect or incomplete, you can make a written request for correction and/or supplementation by mail or email (info@frontrunnersministries.nl). Supplementation may include a statement written by you in which you provide your perspective on the personal data.

Article 15: Your Contribution to Privacy

Frontrunners Foundation strives to protect your privacy to the best of its abilities. However, you can also contribute to the privacy protection of our visitors. For example, by maintaining an appropriate distance at our reception desk until it is your turn, you respect the privacy of others. We also ask that you refrain from taking photographs, filming, or making audio recordings that include others or their information without their consent. An additional requirement for taking photographs, filming, or making audio recordings of one of our employees is that they are not hindered in performing their duties.

Article 16: Newsletters

Frontrunners Foundation periodically sends newsletters containing current information and/or advertisements about Frontrunners Foundation. When placing an order or entering into an agreement, you will be given the opportunity to indicate that you do not wish to receive newsletters. You always have the right to indicate that you no longer wish to receive newsletters. You can do this, for example, by clicking on the link provided in the email containing the newsletter to unsubscribe from future newsletters.

Article 17: Changes

Due to rapid technological developments or changes in laws and/or regulations, it may sometimes be necessary to modify this privacy statement. Frontrunners Foundation reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this privacy statement. Any changes or additions to the privacy statement will be published here. Frontrunners Foundation recommends that you regularly review the privacy statement.
